Mr. Sergio is a 54-year-old Italian. He speaks fluent German, English, Italian and Spanish.
He is the innovative driving force responsible for the core business – real estate business – and commercial project development, Health and Trader business.
He has over 30 years of market experience in the real estate sector, Trading business and leadership experience in various companies.
During his market experience and the resulting networks, he is a guarantor for the purchase and sale of projects to institutional end investors, semi-institutional investors and family offices and successful implementation of the respective business model.
